Books I’ve Read Recently
I have always been a reader ever since I was little and could actually read, lol. I even used to try to write my own books (that didn’t go to well lol) and I think that’s where my love of writing blog posts comes from! Anyway, that love of reading has continued into my adult life and I’m so thankful for that. I feel like now that I’m not teaching, there’s more time for me to read. I also LOVE to listen to my books on audible - I listen when I clean, blow dry my hair (with headphones on), shower, drive, etc! I truly get lost in the book and I love it.
I’m going to share a few books that I’ve read recently and my thoughts on those books. I love a good Mystery, thriller, romance, or BRAD as @beachreadsandbubbly calls them on IG. PS- if you’re not following her, you should be! Love her book recs and she also shares some fashion, beauty and other finds! Basically, a BRAD is a romance novel with some spice added to it. They’re usually quick and easy reads and they definitely are a way to escape from the real world and any issues/stresses you may have going on.
I’m not going to try and write a synopsis for any of these books because I am just NOT good at that. Instead I will be sharing my thoughts on the book, if it kept me interested, etc! You can check out the synopsis of each book by clicking on the collage :-)
