Happy Mother's Day!
Happy Mother's Day!
Hi everyone! Happy Mother's Day! Mother's Day has a whole new meaning for us around here. For those of you who don't know, my sister Kelly had her first baby on March 21st. This Mother's Day is Kelly's first Mother's Day as a mom and it's my mom's first Mother's Day as a Grandma! And it's my first Mother's Day as a Godmother (definitely not the same, but still special to me!! Lol).
I thought it would be fun to invite my sister and mom on the blog today in honor of Kelly's first Mother's Day and my mom's first Mother's Day as a grandma! They are both so special to me and it's such a crazy feeling seeing my sister become a mother and my mother become a grandmother.

We had SO much fun taking these pictures. Rob (Kelly's husband) was our "photographer" for the day and he had us CRACKING up. We literally had tears in our eyes for most of these pictures. I have been close with both my mom and my sister since I can remember. I feel SO lucky to have both of them to look up to. I have learned so much from both of them and I can only hope that I can be half as good of a Mother as they both are one day.
Both my mom and my sister are my best friend. They have been there for me through everything - and we've definitely had our moments where we didn't always agree, but they were always there for me. I am so thankful and fortunate to have them in my life. They would both do anything for me at any time. They are so selfless and loving and caring and they're genuinely amazing people.
We are spending the day together today at my parent's house. Jack (Kelly's son) is such a blessing to us and we cannot get enough of him! He's SO cute - I could literally stare at him all day (I know, creepy hahah).
Mom's are truly amazing and I would be completely lost without mine (and all of her sisters & my grandmothers, too!). They give up so much to make sure their children and grandchildren are happy and have everything they need.
Happy Mother's Day to all of you mothers out there!
