My Detailed Hair Routine
I get a lot of questions about what my favorite shampoo and conditioner are and about what hair products I use. I switch up my products quite a bit and have a routine that I try to stick to so I figured I'd put it all in one blog post for you to reference!

I'd say this shampoo + conditioner are my most used! I have seen so much improvement in my damaged hair and I know it's because of this shampoo and conditioner. I use this every 2 times I wash my hair.
Why it's so good: it's formulated with tons of vitamins (A, C & E), Rosemary oil, & biotin! Each of these ingredients are great for strengthening your hair and improving the overall health of your hair. Rosemary oil in particular is known for improving cellular generation which will help thicken your hair.
Who should use it: anyone who wants thicker, shinier, and more volumized hair!

Bondi Boost Hair Growth Line
I started using the Bondi Boost HG line about 3 months ago and I feel like my hair has grown SO much since. That being said - I'd say this line is best for those of you who are trying to add length to your hair. I use every other time I wash my hair.
Why it's so good: it focuses on the health of your scalp! It's important to take care of our scalp or the "root" of our hair because that's going to ensure that our hair will grow longer.
Who should use it: anyone who is hoping to grow their hair into long luscious locks!

Colleen Rothschild Shampoo
This is one of my favorite shampoos! This one has biotin and Niacinamide which help strengthen hair! It also leaves my hair super smooth and shiny. IT also has Moringa Oil and Shea Butter which are essential for smooth, silky hair! I will use this one the least out of the others.
Colleen Rothschild Hair Mask
This is probably my favorite hair mask ever! I love to use this when I know I'm going to blow dry my hair that day because I feel like it brings more life and shine to my hair. It definitely looks much healthier after I use it. Anddd it smells amazing!

Colleen Rothschild Protect + Perfect Cream
Another favorite product of mine (tbh, all of these are favorites! lol). This one acts as my heat protectant. I never used to use one until I realized how badly not using one can affect my hair. I really love this one because it also adds SO much shine to your hair - it has built in specks of glitter!! I use this after every time I wash my hair.

I have been using this product for over 2 years now and my hair absolutely LOVES it. It makes my hair SO darn smooth & shiny. I will use this after I style my hair or when I wake up in the morning to help revive my hair. It is AMAZING and smells sooo good.

I use dry shampoo almost every single day. This one is definitely my favorite because I feel like it actually gets my hair SO clean and takes away that "dirty hair" smell which I hate. I will use dry shampoo at night before going to bed to soak up overnight!

Another magical product!! If you need more texture in your hair and instant volume - this product is for you!! I will usually use this after I've slept on my curls or worked out and need to spruce them up and add volume a bit. A little of this product goes a long way and it works best if you spray it upwards!
My Hair Damage Story
Now something else I've touched on is how Living Proof products destroyed my hair. This was the case for me and I know so many people share their products often and that's okay because I'm sure it works for them. But anyway, here is what happened when I used Living Proof Products:
I started using Living Proof products because I saw that Jennifer Anniston promoted them and I obvi love Jennifer Anniston so I needed to try it. I then fell in love with the smell of their products - they smell SOOO good. Since I loved the smell so much, I decided to switch all of my products to Living Proof and only Living Proof. From dry shampoo, to hair oil - every product I used on my hair was Living Proof. This was a big mistake!
I have since learned that Living Proof products had something in them that caused a waxy build up on my hair. This then led to breakage. My hair broke SO easily and I am stillll trying to repair the damage. The products I listed above have helped with this damage tremendously.
I'm not sharing this to bash Living Proof or anyone who shares their products, I'm sharing it to simply explain why I stopped using the products and why I use all of the different products that I use today.
