I use the shade medium & they're super easy to use - you just mix a drop or two into your daily moisturizer and apply it as you would regularly! I do not use these on my body because I haven't loved the results!

The tie at the waist is actually functional so if you're between a medium and a small, a medium may work for you! I wear them in a size small.
