THE LOW DOWN ON LIKETOKNOW.IT
hi friends!Today’s blog post is dedicated to educating all of you on the app“liketoknow.it.” I have been sharing so many different outifts and items on theapp lately and so many of you have shared that you don’t think it’s easy to useor you don’t even know what it is. I’ll take the blame for not educating youenough on the app and i am making it my job today to walk you through it!
what is liketoknow.it?
liketoknow.it isan app owned by rewardStyle. As many of you may have seen from my IG stories, ihad the privilege of attending the rewardStyle conference. You can see allabout the conference in this post dedicated to it. but my point in bringingthat up is that we learned SO much more about the liketoknow.it app. Liketoknow.itis essentially a shoppable Instagram. It’s one of the easiest, mostdangerous apps that you can download. And by dangerous, I mean it’s SO easy toshop that you may end up spending all of your money! Lol. but really, I amguilty of this too. I spend so much time browsing the app and finding so manycute items.
how do I get access to liketoknow.it?
aasy. you can download the app in the app store and create a count. voila, you’re all set to shop all of your favorite bloggers looks.
what makes liketoknow.it so great?
i personally love the app because you can search for certain things. Say I was looking for a light pink dress. there’s a search tool in the app that allows you to search for any item! i also love it because you can easily search for any blogger that you may have seen something that you loved that they were wearing. another great feature about the LTK app is that you can add things to your wishlist. say there is something that you LOVED and you really wanted it, but maybe you weren’t quite ready to pull the trigger on it yet. If that’s the case, you can add that item to your wishlist, and go back to it whenever you think you may be ready to make that purchase.
do I have to screenshot your picture toshop it?
nope! this is definitely one of the easier ways to do it though. You can screenshot a picture and then you’ll get a notification letting you know that picture is ready to shop. when you open that app, it’ll bring you to that outfit and you can easily shop the items then and there. And I know a ton of you worry about having screenshots on your phone, but there’s an easy way to delete those screen shots so it doesn’t take up too much space on your phone. all you have to do is click the person icon in the right hand corner of the app. when you scroll down you will see an option that says "clean up your screenshots." when you select that, all of the screenshots will be removed from your phone!
