NYE Makeup Look

My NYE Makeup Look

Hi everyone! Welcome to my LAST post of 2015!!! This post is going to show you one of my NYE Makeup Looks! I hope you enjoy!!

Moisturize

Before I apply my makeup, I like to make sure my face is clean and moisturized! I use Origins Skin Serum right after I wash my face. I then apply my Neutrogena Moisturizer for Extra Dry Skin. My skin is SUPER dry in the winter so I make sure to apply my Bobbi Brown Hydrating Eye Cream. After all my moisturizers are on, I'm ready to apply my makeup!NYE Makeup LookOrigins Skin SerumNYE Makeup LookNeutrogena MoisturizerNYE Makeup LookBobbi Brown Hydrating Eye Cream

Foundation

I don't typically start with a face primer (I know I should!) so I didn't use one for this look either. I started out with my Makeup Forever HD Foundation. This stuff is AMAZING and I swear by it. I apply it with my damp Beauty Blender, of course.NYE Makeup LookBeauty BlenderNYE Makeup LookMakeup Forever HD Foundation

Concealer

For a look like this, I really wanted to conceal and brighten my under eyes. I used two different concealers for this one! After I applied my foundation, I then applied my Mac Prep + Prime Highlighter in the color "Light Boost." I blended that in with my damp beauty blender as well. Then, once that concealer was blended, I applied my Mac Pro Longwear Concealer in the color "NC20." I sprayed my already damp beauty blender with Mac Fix+. Hint: spraying your brush or beauty blender with Fix+ will help with dry skin! As for any problem areas (I have a few right now) I use my Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer and I blend that in with my beauty blender as well.NYE Makeup LookMac Prep + Prime HighlighterNYE Makeup LookNars Radiant Creamy Concealer

Powder

I set my under eyes with Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder. It helps brighten my under eyes and keeps my concealer there all day! As for my whole face, I used my usual Benefit Hello Flawless powder.NYE makeup lookLaura Mercier Setting Powder

Eyes

Now for the fun part!! Its New Years Eve, so I knew I wanted to do something fun with my eyes. I think this sparkly look is fun and believe it or not, it's easy to recreate! I started by applying my Smashbox Lid Primer. Then I used two colors from the Urban Decay Naked Palette. The first color I used was "Naked." I used this color as a base color for the look. Next, I used the color "Buck" for a crease color. I wanted to create some definition for my eyes, and this color worked perfectly for that. Next comes the FUN part! I picked up this Revlon PhotoReady Eye Art this morning from the drugstore. This stuff is SO easy to apply - you just swipe it all over your lid and let it dry! After I applied the glitter, I applied my Stila Liquid Eyeliner on my lid. After that, I tight lined both my upper water line AND my lower water line. I feel that by doing this, it really makes my eyes look bigger and more awake! I used my all time FAVORITE eyeliner by Nars for this part. I then went on to use my Urban Decay Perversion mascara and my Benefit Roller Lash mascara (best combo EVER). I put mascara on both my upper lashes and my lower lashes. After mascara, the eye look is complete!

Face

OK for my face, I used my usual favorite products. You can find all of those right here!

Lips

For lips I used Milani's Color Statement Lip Liner in the color "Nude." I lined my lips and filled them in with this color. On top of that, I used Bobbi Brown's Sheer Lip Color in the color "Lilac Pink."NYE Makeup LookMilani Lip LinerNYE Makeup LookBobbi Brown Lip ColorHeres the final look!!
